The Purpose/Mission of Voices for Children of North Central Florida, Inc. is to help provide for the unmet needs of abused, neglected, abandoned, vulnerable or otherwise disadvantaged children in Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties.

Spruce Creek in Summerfield held their closing ceremony luncheon for their annual Senior Games on March 14, congratulating participants, medalists, winners and organizers.
Voices for Children has openings for board membership in Ocala, Citrus County and Hernando County. Please share your expertise from previous work and clubs/organizations.
Requirements:
We need dedicated individuals who have compassion for the children in our community who have been abused, neglected or abandoned. Candidates should reside in Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion or Sumter County. Monthly meetings are conducted to discuss events, ongoing activities and various issues. Members are asked to participate in one committee and/or assist with events. If interested complete an application (a brief background check will be necessary, provided at the expense of Voices).
